The Enclume in Cartmel, Lake District, is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join Umbel Restaurants' kitchen team. Work under the Chef de Partie, run a section, oversee daily preparation and service, and mentor junior chefs in a world‑class, three‑Michelin‑star environment.
