Demi Chef de Partie — Cantonese Kitchen, Live Fire

Cafe Kowloon in London is seeking a Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role offers a full-time position with pay £13.50–£15.00 per hour inclusive of tronc, depending on experience.

You will perform mise en place, work with senior team during service, cook and plate dishes to standard, follow recipes, and develop skills across sections while upholding food safety standards. Training provided and progression to Chef de Partie for the right candidate.
