Deputy Care Home Manager – Dementia Care Leader

Country Court is seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager for our new Castle Lodge Care Home in Mere, near Warminster. The role focuses on leading care teams, maintaining high standards, and ensuring residents receive person-centred support 24/7.

You should have Deputy Manager experience or at least 2 years as a Team Leader in care, with strong leadership, communication, and the ability to engage with residents and families. NVQ Level 5 is advantageous.
