Deputy Chief Fire Officer - Service Delivery & Strategy

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a Deputy Chief Fire Officer / Director of Service Delivery to provide strategic leadership across prevention, protection, response, resilience, and operational policy.

You will lead the Service Delivery Directorate, collaborating with colleagues to translate community risk and priorities into effective service delivery, and provide leadership in the Chief Fire Officer's absence.
