Deputy Director, HR Expert Services & Transformation

Cabinet Office is seeking a Deputy Director, Expert Services to lead a high‑profile HR function. You will own workforce levers, shape Trade Union engagement, and drive organisational redesign in a major government transformation programme.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will guide a team of around 20 HR specialists, oversee policy modernization and complex casework, and partner with senior leaders to deliver modern, fair and efficient people services across the organisation.
