Deputy Director, HR Transformation & Synergy Lead

Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) seeks a Deputy Director, Synergy HR Transformation, to provide strategic leadership for the cross-government Synergy Programme and to act as DWP's senior HR Functional Lead for HR transformation activity.

You will shape the future of HR services, workforce capability and organisational transformation across DWP and the Synergy Cluster, building strategic partnerships and championing innovation to meet future workforce and organisational challenges.
