Deputy Director, Sustainable Futures & Well-being

Welsh Government seeks a Deputy Director Sustainable Futures to lead an integrated team across the Strategy Directorate (First Minister’s Group). The role requires delivering Well-being and Future Generations objectives, advising Ministers, and driving culture change to embed sustainable development across public bodies.

The post holder will manage grants, build networks, and champion equality impact assessments, with hybrid working and travel as part of the ordinary commute.
