Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Deputy General Manager on behalf of a leading hospitality brand in Inverness.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, people-focused leader to support the General Manager in driving operational excellence, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Support and develop the management team.

Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.

Manage KPIs, labour costs, and productivity.

Maintain high standards of customer service.

Ensure Health & Safety and company compliance.

Analyse performance and implement improvements.

Support recruitment, training, and people development.

Step up and lead the operation in the General Manager's absence.

About you

You'll currently be working as a Deputy General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Manager within:

Restaurants

Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)

Hospitality

Food Retail

Convenience Retail
