Deputy Head of Student Services: Inclusion & Safeguarding

Shaftesbury Victoria School is seeking a Deputy Head of Student Services to lead pastoral provision and support students with complex needs. You will work with the Head of Student Services to coordinate wellbeing, ELSA, and family support, champion inclusion, and strengthen safeguarding across the school.

The role requires resilience, empathy, and a proactive approach to promoting student wellbeing and equitable access to learning for all students.
