Deputy Headteacher – SEND & School Improvement Leader

St Matthias Academy in Bristol and Bath is seeking a Deputy Headteacher to provide outstanding specialised leadership across three sites (Brentry, Fishponds and Bath) for students with SEMH needs. The post requires travel between sites and occasional curriculum teaching.

You will work with the Headteacher to develop personalised learning, EHCP processes, safeguarding, and strong partnerships with the Local Authority SEND teams and external partners to secure excellent outcomes for pupils.
