Deputy Lead Pharmacist — Medicines Optimisation

HCRG Care Group is recruiting a Deputy Lead Pharmacist to collaborate with the Lead Pharmacist on medicines optimisation and expert prescribing across services. You will help lead governance, policy development, and day-to-day clinical oversight to improve patient outcomes.

You will support compliance with regulatory frameworks, drive audits, and contribute to contract management and SLAs, while guiding pharmacy and Non-Medical Prescribers.
