Deputy Manager — Fast-Track to General Manager

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd, on behalf of our client, seeks a Deputy Manager in Cheltenham to be the centre’s focal point in the General Manager’s absence. You’ll coach and mentor the team, maintain a safe, enjoyable customer experience, and be hands-on across all centre areas.

The role offers a clear development path to General Manager within twelve to eighteen months in a financially stable business with exciting growth plans and ongoing training.
