Deputy Manager — Launching 6-Bed Learning Disabilities Service

Lifeways Group in Glenrothes is seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a brand-new 6-bed service for people with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will inspire teams to deliver person-centered care, drive service improvements, and build strong relationships with families and professionals. A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification and 3 years in social care with supervisory experience are desirable.
