Deputy Manager, SEND Residential Care Leader

Witherslack Group in Rugby is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our children’s homes, ensuring a safe, secure and nurturing environment for young people with SEND. You will have at least 2 years’ residential childcare experience in a supervisory role, hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England), and preferably a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.

A full UK driving licence is required.
