As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the team, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

* Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team as Deputy Manager. * Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance. * Deliver an outstanding customer experience and lead by example. * Support all aspects of store operations, including stock and visual merchandising. * Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the Deputy Manager role makes a real impact on store performance.
