We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Deputy Manager to join a stylish fashion retailer in Bromley. As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the team, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team as Deputy Manager.

• Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and lead by example.

• Support all aspects of store operations, including stock and visual merchandising.

• Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the Deputy Manager role makes a real impact on store performance.

About You

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience, ideally within fashion or accessories.

• Commercially focused with a strong track record of achieving targets.

• A confident and inspiring team leader who enjoys developing others.

• Passionate about exceptional customer service and ready to step into an Deputy Manager position.
