Deputy MLRO & Senior Compliance Lead

OANDA Europe Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance & Deputy MLRO to oversee regulatory risk across the European arm. You will partner with the Global Head of Compliance, lead the local team, and ensure robust AML/KYC controls while enabling commercial growth.

You will report to senior committees, design compliant strategies, maintain regulator relationships, and drive training to foster a strong culture of integrity and accountability at OANDA.
