Deputy Production Manager – 1-Year Maternity Cover

Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-reliability electronics and electro-mechanical systems, is looking for a Deputy Production Manager to join their Bedford team on a 1 year fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will support daily production operations, drive continuous improvement and ensure on-time delivery.

You will oversee production schedules, develop teams and collaborate with engineering, supply chain and sales to meet quality standards and budgetary targets.
