Job Description
My Client is currently looking for a Deputy Manager for their residential home in Keighley, Bradford.
Your duties will include:
Assisting the Home Manager with the day to day running of the home
Staff management & supervision
Recruitment, appraisals and discipline issues
The successful candidate will:
Be an experienced Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader
Have a proven track record
A sound working knowledge of care standards
The ability to lead and motivate the staff
