Deputy SENCO – Inclusive SEND Leadership & Wellbeing

Mulberry Academy St Leonards is seeking an experienced SEND professional to join our Inclusion Team as Deputy SENCO, working closely with the Assistant Principal/SENCO to lead SEND provision across the school.

The role will coordinate EHCP processes, monitor provision, support teachers and families, and develop staff expertise to promote inclusive and adaptive practice throughout the school.
