Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon-Thur from 8am - 4pm & Fri from 8am - 3:30pm)

Salary: £24,900 - £27,010 (£28,598 - £31,022 FTE) - NJC Scale 5, points 12-17

Start date: As soon as possible

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, enthusiastic and committedSEND practitioner who is keen to develop their career to join our existing SENDTeam. The successful candidate will workclosely with the SENDCo, taking an active interest in the wider aspects ofLearning Support and Inclusion within the Academy, helping to remove barriersto learning where they exist. Experience of raising achievement andattainment along with a thorough and up to date understanding and knowledge ofthe SEN Code of practice is therefore essential.

This post is exempt from theRehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order1975, 2013 and 2020.

Allemployees and volunteers will be required to undertake safeguarding training oninduction which will be regularly updated in line with statutory guidance.
