Deputy Store Manager: Lead & Develop a Fast-Paced Retail Team

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Damolly store in Newry. This hands-on leadership role supports the Store Manager, oversees shop-floor operations, and steps in during the manager’s absence to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will lead by example, coach a high-performing team, drive sales, and manage KPIs, with flexibility to work across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
