Deputy Store Manager — Lead, Inspire & Deliver Service

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom to run the store in the Store Manager's absence, manage cash processes, monitor stock, and lead by example. You will inspire your team, ensure great customer service and maintain KPI performance.

The role offers a salary between £38,000 and £46,000 per year, 30–35 days holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme and ongoing training as part of Lidl's benefits package.
