Deputy Store Manager: Lead Shopfloor & KPIs

Lidl is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead the store team on and off the shop floor, taking ownership in the Store Manager’s absence and driving performance while upholding our values.

The role offers a strong focus on customer service, stock control and staff development. In this position you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent service, managing deliveries, and ensuring KPIs are met.
