Deputy Team Leader, Motor Claims Operations

Keoghs in Bolton is seeking a Deputy Team Leader to assist the Team Leader in delivering SLA-backed legal services within our NDA Motor Litigation Unit. The role includes running a reduced caseload and ensuring high-quality work for motor claim files up to £150,000.

You will lead, coach up to four file handlers, triage instructions, and secure prompt billing while supporting client requirements and KPI targets.
