Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and creative architectural design concepts from initial brief.
• Prepare high-quality design drawings, models, and visualisations for client presentations.
• Ensure designs are compliant with building regulations, planning policies, and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams, engineers, and consultants to refine designs.
• Stay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Contribute to the overall design quality and strategic direction of the practice.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and project experience.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, particularly Revit , SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of construction principles and UK building regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
