Design Delivery Lead for Construction & Refurbishment

Thomas Gray Ltd is seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to join its growing SME main contractor delivering planned works, refurbishment and maintenance projects across social housing and design & build schemes.

You will coordinate the design process from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring technical information is issued on time and in sequence for construction, while collaborating with commercial, operations and site teams to drive successful outcomes.
