Design Manager: Lead Refurb & Fit-Out on £70m+ Projects

Fawkes & Reece, a leading Tier 1 contractor, are recruiting a Design Manager to join their London-based team. You will own the design process from pre-construction through to completion, coordinating external consultants and ensuring designs are robust, buildable and delivered to programme.

You will manage multiple live projects, oversee Cat A/B refurbishments and fit-out schemes up to £70 million, chair design team meetings, review drawings for compliance, and drive value through design risk
