Design Manager: Multidisciplinary Engineering Lead

HDR is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate design delivery across multi‑discipline teams in a London-based role. You will manage the design programme, interfaces, information flow and change control, ensuring outputs are safe, high quality, on time and within budget.

You will bring a strong background in consultancy leadership, client engagement and team development, with a proven track record from concept through to completion on complex projects.
