Location: City of London Salary: £60,000-£80,000 Project Value: £40m Project: Grade II Listed Refurbishment
Tribuild is looking for a Design Manager to join the team delivering a prestigious £40m Grade II Listed refurbishment in the City of London.
You'll coordinate the design process from detailed design through construction, working closely with consultants, architects, subcontractors and the site delivery team.
Responsibilities will include managing design information, technical queries, design programmes, buildability reviews and coordination between architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
Experience in commercial refurbishment, fit-out or complex existing buildings would be highly beneficial.
Salary: £60k-£80k, dependent on experience
