Job Description
A Facades Contractor is currently looking for a permanent Design Manager to lead design coordination and compliance management on high-risk building remedial projects in Essex.
Start Date: September
Salary: up to £70,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40-hour week (4 days office / 1 day Work From Home)
Duties:
- Managing design coordination and compliance across live projects
- Overseeing BSR Gateway processes on High-Risk Building (HRB) remedial works
- Fulfilling Principal Designer / Principal Contractor duties
Requirements:
- Strong experience with BSR Gateway processes
- Experienced on High-Risk Building (HRB) remedial projects
- Experience of Principal Designer / Principal Contractor duties
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam
