Design Manager

Overview

We are recruiting for a Design Manager for a national contractor from their regional office in Bristol. The company is one of the largest contractors in the UK and operates in education, student and BTR, retail & leisure, mixed use development and office marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Work on schemes from bid stages through detailed second stage and help build and deliver the scheme – full life cycle of the project.

Qualifications

• Experienced Design Managers eager to contribute ideas and have their voice heard, or ambitious Design Co‑ordinators ready for advancement.
• Chartered status is an advantage, but non‑chartered candidates may receive external training.
