In this role your responsibilities will be
- Contribute to Development projects performance
- Aiming for Right First-Time outcomes
- Challenge maturity of project inputs
- Support development project leaders
- Define development quality plans
- Management of risks and opportunities at the different steps of the projects, leveraging APQP
- Ensure development processes comply with internal and regulatory standards, are respected, and propose improvements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Development Quality function
- PPAP - Production part approval process
In this role your main tasks will be
- Consolidate development project inputs in the early stage
- Lead the APQP risk analysis at the beginning of the project
- Contribute to the identification of risks and opportunities related to design
- Consolidate the development plan in the early stage of the project
- Making the development plan consistent with the project initial maturity and the risks
- Define project quality assurance plan
- Identify required quality resources and skills
- Contribute to project performance during the development phase
- Co-engineering, ensure that the product design integrates early in the process
- Implement quality plans
- Manage the APQP timeline
- Ensure Quality of deliverables
- Contribute to management of risks and opportunities
- Prepare quality report for Master Engineering Reviews
- Promote the Develop process and control its proper application. Conduct flash audits
- Root causes analyses for non-quality events in Development
- Contribute to internal and external audits on the Develop process
About You...
- Quality Assurance working experience
- PPAP - Production part approval process
- Knowledge of Aerospace Regulations and Quality norms
- Product development experience (design, industrialisation)
- APQP standard implementation experience
- Project Management experience
