Job description
An exciting opportunity to join the is leading team as a Design Quality Engineer.
In the role you will have responsibility for;
- Contributing to Development projects performance
- Aiming for Right First-Time outcomes
- Challenge maturity of project inputs and foster anticipation and prevention
- Support in the elaboration and implementation of development plans
- Define development quality plans
- Contribute to the management of risks and opportunities at the different steps of the projects, leveraging APQP
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Development Quality function
Your Main Tasks
- Consolidate development project inputs
- Lead the APQP risk analysis
- Contribute to the identification of risks and opportunities related to design, industrialization, support, and services development
- Contribute to making the development plan consistent with the project
- Define project quality assurance plan
- Identify required quality resources and skills
- Foster co-engineering.
- Ensure product design integrates early in the process requirements
- Implement quality plans
- Manage the APQP timeline
- Ensure Quality of deliverables
- Contribute to management of risks and opportunities
- Prepare quality report for Master Engineering Reviews
- Assist teams in implementing, validating, and qualifying resources
- Conduct flash audits
- Lead some root causes analyses for non-quality events in Development
- Contribute to internal and external audits on the Develop process
