Design Systems Lead — FinTech Marketing

Aberdeen is seeking a senior designer to lead the creative development and design quality of our adviser-focused multi-channel marketing. You will own a scalable Figma-based design system and ensure consistent, effective communications across campaigns, web, social, events and adviser materials.

Collaborating with marketing, sales, product, proposition and compliance, you will translate complex financial propositions into clear visuals and direct brand messages.
