Designate Deputy Manager: Retail Leadership & Travel

Halfords Group PLC in the West Midlands is seeking a Designate Deputy Manager to support our management teams across local stores. You’ll travel between locations, lead in-store teams with motivation, and receive comprehensive training to prepare for a permanent Deputy Manager role.

You’ll need at least one year of managerial experience in retail, coaching skills, and a strong focus on customer service, health and safety, and achieving sales targets.
