Desk Adjuster - Home Claims (Hybrid)

Hastings Direct is expanding its Home Claims team in a hybrid role based in Leicester or Bexhill. As a Desk Adjuster, you will investigate, manage and progress home property damage claims across a range of values, assessing coverage, gathering evidence and guiding settlements.

You will liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure fair outcomes for customers. We seek candidates with strong home claims experience, excellent customer service, and superb organisational skills.
