Scope & Requirements
We are looking for a Desktop Engineer to provide onsite support with the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Google applications
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS)
- Microsoft systems administration experience (Windows Server, 365, Azure)
- Google G Suite for Education experience
- Apple product experience (including hardware, macOS, and iOS)
- Basic networking skills (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLAN, switching, wireless)
