Desktop Support Engineer Hereford/Worcester - Predominantly working on client sites throughout Herefordshire & Worcester 3 month contract (September - November) - Circa £20 per hour - Immediate start 37 hour week NHS/GP experience beneficial You will work in a large Desktop support team resolving customer ICT queries, and issues in relation to desktop hardware/peripherals and software both remotely and on site across 170+ sites primarily throughout Herefordshire & Worcestershire.You will have demonstrable desktop support skills, be focused on customer delivery, and be experienced in working to SLAs. You will be able to support projects(e. xwwtmva g. Hardware & Software deployments) and have the ability to travel to sites across Herefordshire & Worcestershire.Responsible for delivery of IT desktop support across all clients, both on-site and remotely: 100+ Sites 6000+ Users
