Pay Rate: £13.65 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 9:00pm, with flexibility to stay until the job is completed

Despatch Operatives Required – Weekly Pay

Quest Employment are currently recruiting Despatch Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Lutterworth, LE17.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay and regular afternoon/evening hours.

Please note

Candidates must be flexible to stay beyond 9:00pm where required to complete the day's work.

The Role

As a Despatch Operative, your duties will include:

• Processing and preparing stock and orders for despatch accurately and efficiently
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse using the appropriate equipment where required
• Following site procedures, instructions and health and safety requirements
• Checking stock and order information for accuracy
• Maintaining good housekeeping and a safe, organised working environment
• Working effectively with colleagues to meet daily operational requirements
• General warehouse and despatch duties as required

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and punctual with good attendance
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Have good attention to detail and a practical approach to warehouse work
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
• Flexible to stay beyond scheduled hours when required
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous warehouse, despatch, picking, packing or logistics experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
