Development Chef: Scale-Up Food Innovator

Simmer is seeking a Development Chef to create new meals from concept through scaled production and launch. You will spend significant time in the kitchen developing recipes, testing ingredients, tasting and adjusting to ensure dishes are ready for launch.

You will work closely with our Product Lead and manufacturing partners to compare production outputs with original development and adjust as needed to maintain quality and scale.
