Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Development Officer, Fixed Term Contract, 35 hours per week until 31 March 2029 (any possibility of extension will be subject to funding).
The Development Officer will help grow, promote and support Integrated Education across Northern Ireland, working with schools, communities and partners to strengthen ethos, support Tr ansformation and expand access. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can combine project delivery, facilitation and relationship‑building with a commitment to building peace and reconciliation through Integrated Education. NICIE is a Non‑Departmental Public Body grant funded by the Department of Education to promote, grow and support the development of Integrated Education.
Location: Belfast (Hybrid Scheme in Operation)
Annual car allowance of £1,239 per annum, NILGOSC Employers’ Pension Contribution of 15.5% (April 2026)
Closing Date: Friday 4 September 2026 at 12 noon.
It is envisaged that interviews will be held during the week commencing 14 th September 2026.
