DevOps Engineer - Cloud Automation

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to enhance their cloud infrastructure and deployment processes in Leeds . You will play a crucial role in automating and streamlining their software development lifecycle, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of their cloud environments. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment using tools such as Terraform , Ansible, or Puppet.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and implement best practices for scalability and security.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker , Kubernetes ).
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python , Bash, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
• Understanding of networking concepts, system administration, and security best practices.
