DevOps Engineer - Cloud Automation

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and availability.
• Automate operational tasks and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with software development teams to improve the deployability and operational readiness of applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role focused on cloud automation.
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and system monitoring.
