Job Summary

The DevOps Manager leads our release and deployment function for the Insurance division. Historically a hands-on, manually-driven role, deployment has evolved significantly with the introduction of automation across our environments.

The Release Manager now leads this next stage: providing a fast, stable, and reliable release engine that allows development, support, and project teams to deliver to clients with confidence and speed.

The role combines strong technical depth in deployment automation with people leadership, building a team capable of sustaining and improving that engine over time.

This is a genuine opportunity to shape what this function becomes next, working with a team that is keen to learn, grow, and take on greater ownership.
