We are sourcing a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician on behalf of our client, a reputable nationwide automotive dealer group, for their premium franchise-approved dealership in Cheltenham. This Diagnostic Vehicle Technician role offers the opportunity to work within a professional environment, providing expert diagnostic and repair services on a diverse range of vehicles. The Diagnostic Vehicle Technician will play a key part in maintaining high standards of service, supporting ongoing team development, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Conduct complex diagnostic, warranty, and repair work on a wide variety of vehicles Perform EV work (if qualified) and hydraulic repairs, adhering to manufacturer standards Utilise diagnostic tools and software efficiently to identify and resolve difficult issues Support and guide less experienced technicians within the workshop Maintain high levels of quality and productivity in a busy franchise environment Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets and provide excellent customer serviceRequirements of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
