Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth diagnostic tests on vehicle engines, electrical systems, transmissions, and other components using specialized equipment.
• Interpret diagnostic data, fault codes, and technical manuals to accurately identify root causes of vehicle malfunctions.
• Develop detailed repair plans and provide clear explanations of findings and recommended solutions to service advisors or customers.
• Conduct complex mechanical and electrical repairs based on diagnostic findings, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques through continuous learning.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are handled safely and correctly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Vehicle Diagnostic Technician .
• Strong proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and scan tools.
• Excellent understanding of automotive electrical and electronic systems, CAN bus technology, and engine management systems.
• Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with a focus on diagnostics.
• Ability to work independently and manage diagnostic tasks efficiently and effectively.
• A valid driving license and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
