Job Description
Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements:
- Experience in some of the following areas: React, TypeScript and modern JavaScript development
- Mobile application development using iOS and/or Android technologies
- API development and systems integration
- Software design principles and application architecture
- CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and automated testing
- Cloud platforms and modern development environments
- Agile delivery methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Desirable: React Native or other cross-platform mobile frameworks
- Desirable: Azure or other cloud technologies
- Desirable: Experience working within regulated environments
- Desirable: Exposure to AI, automation or digital innovation initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain modern web and mobile applications
- Build scalable, secure and high-performing digital solutions
- Design and consume APIs and integration services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements
- Contribute to application architecture, testing and deployment processes
- Support best practices across code quality, security and performance
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, automation and AI
