About the Role
Our client is seeking an innovative and strategic Digital Banking Product Manager to lead the development and execution of their digital product roadmap, based remotely in or near Edinburgh . This role is central to shaping the future of their online and mobile banking experiences, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and satisfaction through cutting-edge digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and design to deliver seamless and intuitive digital banking products that meet evolving customer needs and market demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital banking platforms.
- Translate customer needs and market opportunities into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize product backlog and manage the development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and operations teams.
- Analyze product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in digital finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the fintech or digital banking sector.
- Proven track record of launching and managing successful digital products.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience with user research, data analysis, and A/B testing.
