About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-oriented Digital Campaign Manager to drive their online marketing initiatives from their base in Reading . This role demands a strategic thinker adept at planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms to achieve specific business objectives, such as lead generation and customer acquisition. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery, leveraging data analytics to maximize performance and ROI, contributing significantly to the company's digital growth and success within a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Develop campaign strategies, set objectives, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance closely, analyzing data from platforms like Google Analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging campaign assets, including ad copy, landing pages, and email content.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Campaign Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and campaign management platforms.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
